Our capabilities include both flexographic and digital printing of a large variety of label types including pressure sensitive, non-pressure sensitive, durable, UL, barcodes, security, tamper proof, sheeting, tags, scratch offs and more.  We specialize in short run, multi-item products, but we can handle volumes of any size. We offer a wide range of materials, laminates, inks, coatings, and varnishes.  Our sales and customer service team is ready to help you select the best materials and adhesives for your specific project. 

Prepress

We offer full in-house prepress capabilities including formatting and plate making services. Our talented prepress technicians are equipped with advanced plate making technology and prepress software. They can handle barcode creation, serialization, artwork recreation, typesetting, and photoshop.

Flexography

Our variety of high-speed flexographic presses can print up to 10 colors and more on a variety of substrates and with die cutting. Our presses are upgraded with LED curing lamps, a state-of-the-art technology that is energy efficient and allows for reduced downtime and faster run speeds. Flexographic printing is especially cost-effective for large-volume jobs and is a great option when exact color matching, unique substrates, multiple layers, or metallic, florescent, or foil design is needed. Our experienced press operators are extremely skilled and committed to producing the highest quality product.

Digital Printing

Our digital presses offer 4 color process and are capable of both full and semi rotary die cutting. Like our flexographic presses, they are also updated with LED curing lamps. Digital printing is an especially cost-effective solution when variable data, barcodes, multiple versions, or short-runs are needed. It also offers the added benefit of lower prep charges.

QMS - Quality Management Systems

Our quality management system is rooted in documentation, inspection, and continual improvement of processes and equipment. We have partnered with Baldwin Technologies to upgrade presses with 100% inspection cameras that offer full web display, defect detection, and archivable data.

VDP - Variable Data Printing

We have multiple processes for printing variable data. Our techniques offer a streamlined and cost-effective solution for printing dynamic serial numbers, barcodes (including 2D, GS1, QR, HIBC), graphics, and text.

Cold Foiling

Our cold foiling techniques are great for creating beautiful, metallic embellished labels that your consumers will be drawn to. Cold foiling is a process that works in line with our flexographic or digital printing process making it a cost-effective solution for creating visual impact.

Hot Stamp, Embossing and Debossing

Our hot stamp, embossing, and debossing processes produce stunning labels that are sure to grab consumers’ attention with their added dimensions. Hot stamping creates 3D images with metallic, special pattern, and holographic materials. Embossing or debossing adds texture and dimension to your label by raising or lowering lettering or graphics.

Finishing and Packaging

We know that finishing can be just as important to our customers as the printing.  During final inspection, labels can be rewound and finished to meet the needs of the customer’s application process.  We also offer custom carton labels, fan folding, shrink wrapping and many other custom finishing solutions.

Materials and Laminates

We carry a large variety of paper and film materials that are high-performing and aesthetically appealing with the ability of helping brands meet their sustainability goals. Our paper face materials offer great printability for high-end graphics while fulfilling a range of functions such as resistance to heat, cold, or humidity. Our film face materials can be adapted to meet a wide range of requirements and limitations. Film labels are moisture-resistant, tear-resistant, and resistant to oils, sun, and fading, making them a more durable alternative to paper labels. A selection of matte or gloss laminates can be layered on to protect your label from scuffing.

Inks, Coatings and Varnishes

We offer a wide range of water based and dual cure UV/LED inks and coatings from our supply partner Siegwerk. Options include standard PMS colors, metallics, fluorescents, FDA approved inks and many more. We can also custom color match so that you get exactly what you are looking for. In addition, we provide an array of matte or gloss varnishes to embellish your label.
